How much does shipping cost?
Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $20! For orders under $20, a shipping fee of $19 will apply. You can choose between two shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: $9.90 (estimated delivery time: 10-20days)
- Expedited Shipping: $19.00 (estimated delivery time: 3-5 days)
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time
(Not including customs delays, weekends, holidays, and any unforeseen circumstances)
Processing Time: 2-5 business days
Expedited Shipping Time:3-5 business days
Standard Shipping Time: 10-20 business days
For orders to South America and the Russian Federation, shipping may take more than 1 month due to transport and customs issues.
What if the package doesn’t arrive?
If you do not receive your package within 30 days, please get in touch with us at support@z-aura.top. We will either resend your order or issue a refund.
How long will it take to ship my custom-made product?
For handmade custom products (indicated in the product name), shipping typically takes 7-10 days after placing your order, depending on the complexity. If you need it urgently, please contact us at support@z-aura.top.
Do I need to pay additional taxes?
Sales tax and import duties has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website. No added or hidden fees apply.
